We understand that situations may arise where you may need a refund. To ensure transparency and fairness, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

Refund Eligibility:

• We issue refunds for purchases within 2 hours of the original transaction for any of our packages.
• Please note that a payment gateway fee of 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Refunds will not be provided for any package purchased directly from the Bizashram website “www.Bizashram.com” or through any affiliate link after 2 hours of the purchase.
• Payments made towards “Bizashram Workshops,” “Bizashram Membership Plans (Plus & Pro),” or any “Coin Purchases” are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Request Procedure:

• To request a refund, you must send an email to refunds@bizashram.com from your registered email ID in the following format:
  1. Full Name
  2. Registered Email ID
  3. Registration Date
  4. Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (as received via email/message upon payment)
  5. Reason for Refund

Please ensure that all required details are provided. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

Important Notes:

• Refund requests must be submitted only via the registered email ID to refunds@bizashram.com.
• All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Bizashram.
